Most ppls waited for 6-8 weeks and lots of email and tickets...keep waiting, mate... or just show them urs recent gold purchase to proof that acc is urs

He/she does know that the old device does not need to be present, just the account info from the in-game support for

evertime i have had to get my game x-fered it took them no less then 3 days..make sure to get the orginal ticket# and open a new ticket and make sure u got ur old character ID,lvl and name and the new players ID.lvl. and name and also the UDID# of the new device in which u wanna put ur game and that will speed things up..thats what i have did the last 2 times and was pretty fast
