Upgrade to level 2 costs $198,312,496 with a pay out of $1,060,000

Level 3 $332,500,000 payout $2,266,000

Level 4 $554,562,496 payout $3,498,000

Level 5 $950,000,000 payout $5,088,000

Level 6 $1,543,749,888 payout $6,996,000

NOTE: Levels 3-6 are inaccurate, if you get any info on the actual costs from levels 3-10, please post the info you have. The above are estimates.

Just prestage a few high level bosses and when your ready take final hits on them collect then immediately purchase new building.

I hope that's right! About time they put out an expensive building. Last good LE was AV. 118M is nice and will narrow the field of people who can get and upgrade it. But relatively speaking it's still very cheap when you consider AC, AV and AMR came out a long time ago and were 100Mil buildings. That last building was a joke. Just a stats boost for 90% of the population. I had hoped for the first billion dollar building.. But I guess this will have to do.

You better get a great unit for building it and each upgrade. If the unit you get for building it has stats of say, 583/462, it's a ripoff

With the IPH output units recently this is a not hard to get... 5%unit 10%unit (top750 finishes) and 10%unit each boss day. Theres no reason anybody should not be able to get it if they want it. But IMO just like the meth lab, this building is horrible. Only used to buy units.. Here's some easy math

Anniversary center:cost 100m level 1 payout- 2m 24hr payout no raids collect all of it... IPH gain 83.33/hr
Romantic cathedral:cost 120m level 1 payout- 530k 7hrs raids, hours not collected.. IPH gain if times perfect still 75.7k
If u collect it 2x a day without getting raided IPH gain- 44.16k

If ur a newer player or low IPH trying to get it up I would upgrade a 24 or 48hr previous LE or oil rig

This building is great... seven hours is perfect since that is longer than I sleep, it will be ready when I awaken from my slumber. Don't really care about the cost or the output, I just want it.
