Hello, fellow crips. I am Mobster Culp, or Commander, from Modern War. I am currently with Smooth Scotch as of now until the war is over. I am a level 40, with 140k attack and 130k defense at the least by the end of this war.
I am going to be starting Smooth Scotch II, a feeder clan to the top 750 clan Smooth Scotch, almost top 500. We are going to try recruiting small level new people, who can rise stats massively while maintaining a low level. We will ask you participate in wars, and I will be buying most of the factions bonuses and doing most of the faction ltq's that level us up to quickly, and we will all receive the units.
