Witch's Lair upgrades help please

Hi guys I'm trying to upgrade my level 5 discount list. I'm having difficulty because so many people have different bonuses to find a true initial price.

If you could please help me out by posting payout and upgrade price WITH LISTING your specific bonuses. Not the main page 25%, Gree math doesn't work that way.

So Level 2 I paid 564,051 with level 10 lumber mill -10%, guild 5 upgrade cost -23% and missing miner -3%

564051= Q(.90)(.95)(.95)(.95)(.95)(.95)(.97)
Q=850K

I know Im a math nerd.

Which seems odd. Gree always had round numbers before. Any programming gurus out there that can confirm I would appreciate. I cant make the math work out right now

So far I make him right. Those numbers work with the % I get and with your level 2.

My L3 cost 822,336 with the 23% guild, 10% from lumber, 10% from north lord guy and 3% from the miner.

I have my numbers figured at about

Which are a little high from reality but again it's close.

Construction cost so far without any bonuses is:
Level 1: 500,000
Level 2: 835,000
Level 3: 1,394,450
Level 4: 2,328,730
Level 5: 3,888,980

Those are exact figures. I am we'll versed in Gree math, and those have been my costs so far. I believe they are within rounding error of the approximate costs posted above.

Upgrade times are identical to the shipyard with the exception of the initial construction of level 1. So...
Level 1: 33 hrs (approx)
Level 2: 27 hrs exact
Level 3: 39 hrs exact
Level 4: 47 hrs exact
Level 5: 55 hrs exact

Level 10 upgrade cost has been posted incorrectly across the board. It is much higher, I see it as 37,917,060! Gree must have inflated the final upgrade price to make it even more difficult.
