Wins not counting

For the second time we have had a WD battle win not count , end battle score confirms win and we know how many wins we was on . Any other factions had wins not count ?

They did not count toward streak faction goal or total wins faction goal

They didn't count towards either , it's like they never happened .

I don't speak Spanish Ivan , gree replied to us today and told us to delete game and reinstall which should fix the problem , taking note of our 9 digit codes incase our games go missing . And who said gree support is a fail ?
