How come we cannot attack this faction????

We are trying to attack a faction and not one of our players can attack them! As soon as we try to
attack them the game freezes. They can attack us just fine!!! Anyone else have any issues like this?

Hackers perhaps? They killed our streak also. We bombarded Gree with complaints about this issue.
