Yeah, I got a few things I didn't notice recently. I'm a long term mostly non-gold player.. I buy gold occasionally but not as much as most prob do on here. My faction is constantly 750 range in wars, I'm the top attack/def and could probably find myself in a higher ranked faction but our group is like family.

So: my attack earlier today: 890k, 1.16 def
Now: 1.197k attack, 1.4k def

Thats a large jump. lvl 190

Chill guys of course GREE knew about the glitch. They play the game. Where do you think SUP gets its strength.

It appears from what we can work out that the wrong Event rewards were loaded. It appears not everyone got the 120k attack jet and those that got off their backsides also got units for completing consecutive win rewards, against rivals and not for consecutive battles. This stopped at 19/20. So well done if you got the 19/20 like me.

As we spent gold to get these rewards not realising there was a problem i hope GREE will honour them or if not Refunds are due.

I can confirm everyone did not get it. I have 5 accounts in my house. Only one got it. I searched all the inventories. And all of the accounts are in the same faction and have been. Everyone in my faction is not showing the completion of the missions like my main account is either.

It appears you got the 120k unit if you attacked and won or were attacked and won right at the start of the War in Mexico. Some of our faction got it and some didn't. Its not the first time this has happened, wrong unit at the start of an event. Live with it and move on.

About 70% of the people I hit have this reward and nearly all in my faction do. I did not get it. Playing every day for 2 years and buying gold ect this huge unit missed puts me at a major disadvantage by not having the unit. It is a monster unit that gives 10% alliance attack and more than doubles my top unit.

I know I would not be crying if I did have the unit other than stat-inflation *****ing but w/out it I am demotivated being in the back of the pack now. If Gree does not correct the issue I will just quit as I am really getting tired of all the constant mistakes and issues already. There are other games out there to play.

Nice Gree. I can understand mistakes but this is the appitome of poor customer service. First a unit was given in error. Then you decided to remove the unit. I was in the middle of a war when you decided to remove this unit. My faction was 10K up and we wound up loosing by 3k. You think that maybe just maybe the subsequent attacks we made not knowing that the unit had been removed and then the rescouting we had to do cost us the war? I'm a light gold spender, maybe $100/month. Not anymore. I know this isn't much compared to most but I'm done.

What should you have done, nothing. Let the mistake ride, let everyone experience parity that had the unit and then either acknowledge the fact that you messed up and taken the unit way after the war was over or just let us simply keep it.

Really don't care about your opinions and don't really care about the unit either abouts it becomes useless as a whole when everyone has it but if I screw up my job I have to take responsibility for that and they should too. Don't bother submitting a ticket about that to Gree, as they don't care. They got what they needed so nothing else needs to be done on their end. Submit a refund request through Apple or Google (whether you're an iOS or Android player) and explain to them the situation. Be sure to elaborate on how this isn't the first time it's been an issue. They'll refund you.

I agree with you for the most part. The problem with this mess up was that it wasn't offered to everyone. Sone got the plane, others did not. Not only that, but it was the most powerful unit in the game so far. Same thing with the individual ltq...some stacked, some didn't. You can't just let some get lucky and others not. I get those mad at spending gold, but double edged sword. what if you spent gold all between WD to get stronger during events, only to be beaten by someone who got "lucky". This was the best call in the worst case. Sucks no matter what.

There are consumer protection laws out there and apple can remove ur product if they see fit. u r toeing a fine line. Ppl say "its just a game" and for the most part they r right, however it is a business also. Accounts have monetary value. u r selling a product and a service. If u cant get ur own in house ethical guidelines together I can see a motivated group of money spenders taking u to court to insert a reasonable ethical standard into the GAME

As Apple are a BP of the business I work for, I have already started to talk to them about this situation, not just today's but in general.
I was a great advocate for Gree(dy) games. I have played many others by many other companies but being rewarded for playing with daily scratcher and now the loyalty units plus the rewards during war etc we're a much better offer.....sadly, that has now been undone with the constant inconsistencies and lack of proper testing and QA.
I will return to the Kabam games I once played. Although not as satisfying, they have far less cock ups than Gree(dy) which balances back out.

Problem is, whilst most are not satisfied, the top 100 will still spend because they do not want to get left behind in the stats race and Gree(dy) know it.....until EVERYONE refrains from putting anymore money into this diabolical business then they will carry on with the churn out of crap.....btw....they also messed up KA. The situation there is that the LTQ units a regenerating health if you do not put them down in one swoop. Complete waste of time....as I feel complaining here is but I won't give in like Sirius wants us to with his shameful blast....those shoulders are broad enough Sirius!

I am not denying that the money talks the greatest to business. However customer satisfaction also plays a role in business. If their customer base voices dissatisfaction at every avenue then it will affect how many customers will continue to play and how many customer referrals are generated. In short it will decrease their customer base. My point is that customer satisfaction will ultimately affect the money that a business can expect to earn.

My suggestion to Gree is to take a moment and reflect; listen to the customers. So far my reading the forums has concluded that the majority want Gree to slow down and produce more a more quality product by having less events (with the usual errors that are encountered), address the balancing of Attack and Defense stats, and to be more consistent in their approach to resolving errors (i.e. Poseidon vs. SouthStar).

From my experience in working a minimum wage job for four years: some people will never be happy and that is a fact of life. What truly matters is what a business is reasonably willing to do in order to address a dissatisfied customer. Wouldn't it be a nice opportunity for Gree to show their customers that they are reasonably sincere?

So what do we do when we have next week's 5-6 glitches? Do we stop playing for fear of spending gold exploiting them and having the units removed? Every faction in this game has lots of units that arrived via a glitch, so all of the folks screaming about taking back the units need to look at their inventories and think about that. Gree made a mistake by yanking the units back. They have not done that before. Since they are seeming incapable of preventing these issues, the glitches have become a game feature that factions are ready to pounce on within seconds of each new event. He who snoozes loses. That is the mantra of many posts by many folks who obtained units via a glitch. What will you do next week?
Sit on your hands or seize the glitch? If you seize the glitch and its gets yanked, what will you do the next time? At what point does the game become unplayable for fear of wasting time taking advantage of glitch? Nearly every event has them. Too much uncertainty now. Give back the plane, apologize for taking it back, and tell us you wont take back units again. This was a very dangerous move Gree. There is no way around this issue.

I must correct you: after the first WD event (Greenland) my faction's members received 4 prize units for each tier, and Gree took them back after a week

well... for starters, i spent money on this game before! and i played it, i got to boss 100, i participate in events, i like e's, mostly m's and i's cause like yeah, lets go dolphins, we arent doing as great as we did last war, but its all good, having fun tho, still believing. lol :p
