Line group chat

Is there a line group chat for people on the forums for just general discussion or does everyone just stick to their own guild group chats?

There are some, but the rooms seem to only hold 99 and anyone can boot whenever they want and next thing you know its a empty room. AT 99 you cant invite anyone else in.

Not monitored so there can be some very spicy language.
