Hi all my question is, if you have space while wd is ongoing could a new member be added to the faction if they are faction less from the start of wd? I know you cant remove members while wd is runnin

Factions are locked down during the event so the answer is No.

No, faction is locked. You cannot add, remove, promote or change dl after wd has started
