Does anyone have any info on how to use palringo auto post bots or a link to a page that does

Just click on the bot in the members list so you can send it a message. Just send it any message (a simple space bar or letter would do) then it will auto post to you what you need to type to give it a command. For example if you type !apadd (your message) in the group that the bot is in, then it'll tell you that's it's added. Hope this helps
