I'm quite contempt with my trading posts, or wait a sec, are those taverns? No those are trading posts. In all seriousness if it does happen I hope it gets done properly as in not way out of hand. KA Econ does need a kick in pants, it's pretty lacklustre when put up against the cost of doing epic bosses.

Dont know why they dnt have the Limited Building Quest that they have in MW,? would be a good addition for those that would be still playing when they release it !

How does the building quest in MW work?

They offer up a building, you buy it and receive a prize. Then they offer a greater prize for every time you level up. They vary, but if you have high income you can sometimes get to level 10 without spending, but that usually only happens in CC, where the bank is unlimited. With vault caps in MW and KA, it would be very difficult to do as a free player because you would have to be so far over vault.

I think my highest ranked LTB in MW is level 3 or 4 because I am not strong enough to leave great amounts of cash unvaulted.

Of course, you could always buy cash and upgrade that way.
