Faction list screwed up

Dear gree, please help us out fast. We can't accept players in our faction. The requests disappeared. And when someone reapplies it says data error occured. Now some will miss out on the 5th unit. We will send a ticket to gree, but fixing it within next hour would be great

I've seen these data errors when we are in battles and Gree has locked the faction. Wonder if that is what has happened to you guys.

Posting in the forum BTW doesn't usually work very well. So sending in a ticket is important, and as soon as you get the automated reply, reply to that with a gentle reminder that you are still having the issue. Do not send in multiple tickets as they get buried but replies to an initial ticket seem to get sent to a faster moving que.

Thx, agent orange, it does looks like a locked faction. Problem now is that players can't reapply because they are asleep. We will send a ticket, but i posted it here too, because maybe there are other factions with the same problem.
