Last war we declared at about Saturday morning and were stuck in the declare screen until the end. We were never able to battle. Grees response was "Tough luck..blah blah... passed to devs.... no compensation... blah" so good luck to you :) I honestly hope you get the proper help... We never did....

Well I must have the trust that gree solve the problem. We're there customers and they will do everything they can to solve it. This has happened in the past so shouldn't be difficult to solve if they just can get time to do it.

Gree that's unbelievable!
So sorry for you guys, that happened to my guild in the battle at the beginning of september. We were stuck for the last 12 hours of the battle and could only watch us fading away from top50 to top 100.
No excuse and no compensation from gree for that to our guild.
We also lost our biggest gem-spender that way because he is now p*** off from gree.
