I'm in the middle of playing and my game stops and says data out of date. Please download update from play store. I down load it and it goes to the start screen and says update required and starts auto updating. It makes it to 30% then starts over....what to do

let it do its thing and complete the data update. You need to make sure you have a good internet connection.

The update has completely crashed my game. Haven't been able to play for 24 hours despite following the instructions to restart device.

I'm ready to just quit....which sucks because I have some decent armor for my lvl.....but I can't get on....has been updating for over four hours on 4g....keeps resetting. This is horrendous but par for the course with GREE programming.

I thought 4g was suppose to be good? Every single time my phone gets in 4g, it becomes so slow it's unusable. What's up with that? Every time!

Elita has said to try force closing the app and restarting the device.

sometimes it can be phone related, screen saver - net connection power saving mode - choppy internet while downloading big torrent files...

make sure you close all other files in the background and no download other files... sit besides your wifi router or make sure you at least have 3 bars and above. or go to i-cafe with good wifi signal str...

etc...

tough it out. 12hours was the longest for my update... half morning doing nothing.

A few folks in my guild had issues here too. Some were fixed by complete reboots after updating, others were able to use a force close, one did both several times, but eventually made it in.

Me personally, I rebooted after installing the app update and once the ingame update reached 100%, it froze. Another reboot fixed my issue. Hope you are able to get back in.

I got stuck once on an update, but simply force closing app worked. I didn't restart device. Keep trying several times, maybe if nothing else works, try uninstalling app and reinstall it. I assume reinstalling whole app doesn't reset your game progress, since information is stored at GREE's servers?

I was meaning in here forums because i didint see no where read that at you have to have atleast 10 replies before you can post a thread but one more to go :D

It took a lot of tries but it finally uploaded
