he has sent several tickets with no reply and has been waiting a long time..

It took me weeks to get that email, lol. Btw maybe it's not the smartest thing to post the email public like this for bots to find, so they can sell it and send all kinds of worthless spam.

There's an issue with hotmail accounts. For some reason the activations don't always come through.

There's an issue with hotmail accounts. For some reason the activations don't always come through.I had the same problem with my Gmail, so it's not only Hotmail unfortunately.

I had this same problem last week and I contacted Gree twice and had no response from them in the end I sent a PM to an administrator on here and he tried to resend the activation email which I did not receive it yet again. I re contacted the administrator and he got it sorted out for me. There is another member in our alliance who is having the exact same issue as I did and I told him what I did to get it sorted and he is following in the same way as I did to get it sorted out.

Please get this sorted out for the other people who are having the same problem of not receiving the activation email.
