Who cares about xp gain? Just get to lvl 250 as fast as you can then you don't have to worry about it.

But getting xp reward at level 250 is like getting +1 mafia from the case event...not a reward. Not a prize.

How you play the game differs from the way the dumb einsteins/coders intended.

To take an example - when they dreamed-up PvP, I'm sure it didn't enter their head that users would just make it a contest to see who could find the best PvP buddies to mutually rob each other's laundrettes every time you have a bit of stamina.
