Hello.

I have sent several requests to change the leadership of my faction to my #1 officer, as I am leaving the game for personal reasons. Why am I receiving no replies, or replies that say you "can't change leaders"? Seems to me it happens often.

What is the deal? The guys on my team just lose everything they worked and invested time/money for?

I'd appreciate a response.

Just promote him to leader.

You do not need support to help you on this. You can simply assign him as leader.

I feel like an arse. Had no idea that option was there. I can leave without blowing up the faction?

Yup. Just promote to officer then the option to make them leader shows up. No need to have support do anything.
