But whats wrong with this? The thing is the ticket you sent is wrong.. What i am thinking is you just make them busy, i promise you they have more importend tickets to solve then this.. Lets say he got what you said, do you really think they will give you the date? Eh i dont think so.. Everyone knows it will come soon but only "soon" we all will wait and see.. This person he just read your ticket and throw you out from his head because no ansver for it.

Of course you got this response. If you contacted apple and asked what new features will be on the iPhone 7, do you think they would just tell you?? They have to give an intelligent answer because if they just put "I dunno" they would get a bad CS rating and get fired.

No wonder why the ticket times are so long. People asking stupid questions wasting gree's time. Just give them a chance to get all the kinks worked out and when they are ready you will have your 3000 units. Gree good job! keep up the good work we know you have to work with what you have now that your company has downsized. OP- chill out your 3 point attack jungle troops wont move your attack anyways so relax.

Waste of time. I'm glad it was only an automated response and not an actual employee wasting time answering redundant questions. Next time save yourself the embarrassment and harassment. Genius.

Too many tickets like yours would certainly affect the customer service department and system response time. Might want to consider working for them if you want privy to that info!
