The only requirements are:
- Weekly donations of at least 10mill (easily achievable). Our cash-flow is over 1bill weekly so we do appreciate higher donations.
- High presence during WD. At least 20k. (though hyperactive players can make more)
- Communication at the game's chat and on Groupme.
- No gold required(!), light gold spenders will be preferred though.
- Full participation during the faction's LTQ and Beat the Elite faction missions (!)
