Looking for a well organized faction for my LLP

My LLP is lvl 71 with 650k attack and 936k defense and I'm looking for a well organized faction that focuses on the faction goals and not just on rank. Looking for a faction that got the prizes for at least 7 or 8 consecutive wins and at the least the prize for 35 total wins. I'm very active and in the UK time zone. I'm a great team player and looking forward to fighting for a team with a great strategy.
