how do you start afresh on a device?
basically i started a dummy account to transfer an account over to my ipad.
the transfer didnt work so now want to start afresh on the ipad.

tried deleting the game and all data, re-installing from itunes and then starting again.
but it just loads up my dummy game with the name hahfahjfhdjh lol!!

any help appreciated!

actually no i havent
i now have my main account on the ipad
new account on iphone

i need to switch these over so my main account is back on phone and new account on ipad

The reason the uninstall/reinstall doesn't wipe out your dummy account is that the data file remains intact. After uninstalling, you need to locate and delete the character data which will be contained in the "Funzio" folder I think (wherever that is within your device).

Provided you don't play any other Funzio originated games, it should be safe to delete the Funzio folder entirely.

Then when you reinstall, the game should treat you as an entirely new start.

How safe it it to change device? I've heard MANY having issues with transfers and had to wait weeks for the support to help them.

Iv never had a problem changing devices. Everytime iv done it, it has transferred without any delay or loss of stats, income......
I am aware this is most probably not the case with every transfer tho lol

it went fine from my iphone to ipad with no issues. now when i try to move it back the transfer doesnt work.
i've tried deleting game, restoring iphone from back up, reinstalling game, starting game up, going through the tutorial, entering funzio info, failed transfer.
tried creating new funzio id, failed transfer
sent in tickets from both devices so hopefully they can move it back to my iphone
so frustrating!
tickets 1004763 and 1004155 if any mods feeling extra helpful today :)

Never have had a problem. Especially now that they added the funzio Id link back now it works better than ever
