Missing Broken Blade Prizes

For some reason, I've missed several guild prizes even though I was a member of the guild when the prizes were given out and have contributed to the quest. Is anyone else seeing the same problems?

Is it that you didn't get the splashscreens or that they are not in your inventory?

Both. I have two accounts in the same guild and they each received different prizes and I combed over the spreadsheet and didn't see several of them in my inventory that I should have had.

I've been wondering if this problem was more widespread than final prizes. I really shouldn't have to comb my inventory Gree.
