awesome hood...low iph

How is it i go to a hood to rob, they have 2 night clubs, 2 hotels, 2 gentlemans clubs...ect yet their iph in their profilr says 65k, ive seen it a few times...whats the deal?

could be a dead game, no longer playing your IPH drops when your buildings are not collected

Maybe you are the common denominator.

I have seen it more than a few times.
My guess is that it happens to inactive accounts (usually you'll see someone is inactive if he has 9$ on hand)
