reset the android war!

Now that most of us can actually log in, I've noticed that some guild were able to log in and gain a huge advantage over other guilds that could not. This war needs to be started over, all gems spent need to be refunded and everyone's energy restored. One guild having an advantage over another isn't a good way to start things and the only way to fair to everyone is to start over.

We lost 20 mins of our first war with this. But resetting a whole war because of this is just silly, this is 4 days long, how will 1 hour change that much? Unless you got unlimited gem stocks you will still be able to spend your gems intime.
