We cannot use the ingame transfer button anymore (major bummer!) & I don't have a back-up, just ID # & log-in info.
I can't find the "How to Transfer in KA" thread... Could somebody please post the link? Or tell me what I need to do?

The thread is here (http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthread.php?69984-How-to-transfer-your-game...the-right-way). But you may as well start a ticket and a clock. They will ask you for the info from your old account, and the new account to be replaced over, they will then ask for proof of your latest mountain purchases... no use in sending it the first ticket, they will ask for it no matter what.

Only if you don't have your old device. If you do, just backup your account (encrypted) on iCloud or iTunes and restore to new device.

Thanks! I cannot do the backup thingy yet; I'm still running on old devices and old iOSs.
What kind of proof? Like my credit card statement?
Sheesh, that is something I don't even like to look at :p

Receipts that are emailed to you from iTunes, or a print off of their digital receipts on iTunes itself. Just start the ticket process... usually takes about 10 days all said and done.

i got mine transferred in two days ... send pic of your old profile and new profile where you want your game transferred . they will reply you after that to send them proof of last purchase and last log in time . after they replied it took like 4 hours . good luck

Lucky you. I have done everything you have. Still waiting.... 5+ days and counting. I got a reply yesterday saying transferring me to a "specialist". WTF does that mean. Is it that complicated to transfer my game? FFS

When I got my 5S last week I did an encrypted back up of my 4S and set up my 5S using that back up and all of my games came over at once MW, CC and KA

my first ticket was closed and sent another one , the guy who closed it seemed like he had no idea what hes doing by his reply ... send another ticket and hope someone capable will respond to it
