Well, it's a gigantic raven. Ehh, not the greatest Epic Boss design you've ever done.
I love the nemesis though, looks great.

Oh well, it's Air/Spirit so together with my Ruby Platemail I have a good chance at Combustion! Yes, I'm actually trying to fuse Combustion still for the same reason I'll try to fuse Moontide in the future. Because I'll never get the other Epics anyway.

Using infernal will not get u to 43!!! when u are at level 20 u will receive 100+ damage from boss 3 hits and your infernal armor will turn into ashes

If I were you i wouldn't even use ruby plate, the stats are too bad for it to be remotely useful. Levelling another living flame would have been far more useful and cheaper too.

Haha I know I'm keeping Ruby Plate Mail to fuse with Ravenlord for (hopefully) Combustion. Never planning on using it in a fight.
But ye don't feel like getting another maxed Living Flame ._.
Still need 20 jewels for DP + so I guess that ain't an option either.

Definitely yes to DP+ Why? Look at arena! mostly earth/spirit bear armor assassin shroud guardian gear and this current boss

My level 20 alt on my new phone has just rush-maxed his Dragonflame+ to get at those yummy boss level 10 reward Living Flame armors... ;)

Hi all I'm currently trying to get to level 43 so it'll be my first epic boss+ armour. I'm at level 30 epic boss now and its getting quite tough. Any tips for this one? I'm trying to min/max the amount of epic energy I spent to take out level 30 onwards because I have never got pass level 30 before. Currently I have max AoiL/Living flame and a max hydra if I need to use all 8 epic energy (cause I got nothing better). Do I still have enough time to reach 43? And also if I do get to 43, do I need to level up my armour so that I can craft the + asap or can I still craft the armour after the epic boss is gone?

Currently this boss only a strong fire armor can help you, Armor like Dark Prince + don't take in extra damage like infernal.
Try to avoid armor with earth element, if you are currently at level 30 using 5 knights to take down the boss than i am sad to said you will not reach 43 UNLESS you throw in alots of gems.
You need to craft the boss armor and level it up to 35 and it's will unlock the + version, even after the boss disappear u still can take your time to level up the armor.
TOTAL shards collected to craft + version from level 1 to 43 101 shards

It seems unlikely that you'll have enough time to get to 43 even if you have enough firepower

If you mean commander + 1 follower + 2 friends, that uses up 7 EE and 2 friends, so at the moment your bottleneck is friends, limiting you to 5 levels per 23 hours.
If you still need to do 30-43, that's 14 levels in 3 1/4 days.
I guess it depends on at what point you need to switch to 2 runs per level at 5/2 or 2/5 formation, since from that point on you drop below 4 runs per day.

If you meant 4 of your knights + 2 friends in 2 run, then unfortunately you won't make 43.
But to look on the bright side, progressing 1 reward level per boss seems quite common, so get that level 35 and look forward to attacking 43 next boss!

Did you mean level 38 or you reached boss level 38?
First of all your armors are in a mess Except infernal +, try to get some decent Story line Armors like living flame/hydra/avenger/crius Unlock them to + Version ASAP. stop using wavecharmer/monk/flamestorm/embersteel/molten

Currently this epic boss is only Weak to Fire element armor like living flame can help u alots better off dark prince armor+, infernal will take in Extra damage because of earth element same to monk and molten

At your level, don't brother with weekly boss armor yet. The stats you see is for the Boss+ armor, which you won't be able to craft until you beat lvl 43.

Instead, focus on crafting the Big 4+: Hydra Hunter+, Cruis+, Atlantean Avenger+, and Living Flame+. They will help you advance faster in the game, than any regular boss armors.

Boss level 15: probably around player levels 40-60 with something like maxed big four armor with correct elements.
The real prize, boss level 43: probably player level 90+ with maxed armor having stats of the bigger four or higher.

Ah, yea that's a good tip. Same as Arena style somewhat. Ive actually been using main knight first without much thought but its probably better to put him second yea

I don't think I can farm 20 Evil Gems, wait 1 day for DP + to craft and then level it to a decent level before the boss ends.

Look them up in the spreadsheet found at http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthread.php?56645-Data-Sheet-Administration
and check what their max stats are. Number of stars or looks doesn't matter to get further in the game, only max stats.
If you look at the stats, you'll see that the plus versions of those craftable storyline 1 gold star armors nicknamed "big four" scale so hard that they beat (nearly?) all other 1-star and 2-star armors on max stats.

Is it worth leveling the + for this boss? From what I've heard and seen, this armor has really low defense and with the huge amount of fire epics out there it's not exactly a great choice.

Then before the time expires, do a 2nd run with 4 knights: follower + your main knight + 2 friends. This way you can use 4 friends to help you beat each level.

This is a good strategy. There are a couple of others but this one is the simplest. It does require three pretty good friends tho to make it work. Friends are key to boss fights.

5/2 or 2/5 should probably be tried before 4/3 or 3/4: both use 13 energy, but 5/2 or 2/5 only use 3 friends, so you can get 3.3 runs per 23 hours out of your friends instead of 2.5 .

It could be useful as 2nd or 3rd armor where you might be able time it so you start with a special attack. It would be a terrible armor to put in the front though...

And don't forget it will be a great addition for future water bosses. Ide say it should outdamage sky Guardian+ even with low defense. So yeh, it's def. Worth upgrading just for that.

Other than that, This boss didn't really interest me. I usually get 51-61 kills but I stalled out at 43 this time because i didnt care.

Thanks to all friends with Blazeborn epics. 43 kills were quite easy. This is the brightside of spirit bosses, its easy to find armors to defeat them.

Plus version replaces my sky guardian non-plus easily. So it's great for my wind knight.
