Ok here's what has happened several times now and I've honestly had it with you Gree. I've submitted several tickets and have proof of my claims, yet you just simply sit back and ignore and do nothing about it.
I've bought several gem packages within the past month, and about half of the time after I confirm the purchase and Google Play notifies me with the "Payment Successful" notification and sends me a receipt of the purchase via email. The game simply says "Transaction Cancelled" and gives me NOTHING. I submit tickets explaining what has happened and what do you do Gree? That's right, you do nothing as always. Some of these transactions are over a week old now and I have YET to receive a response or have my issue corrected to this day.
Out of the 10 purchases I've done in the last month, 4 actually went smooth with no problems, 2 you actually responded to and corrected, and 4 to this day you have yet to address or correct despite the several tickets, receipts, and bank statement transactions that prove that they were successful.
What are you not content with scamming people out of their money with bogus claims and advertisements? It's much easier to just straight up steal money isn't it?
I know several other users have had this issue as well, and this issue has only been happening after the last few updates, as it never happened to me once before that. FIX THIS and give my my gems or refund the money you stole.

If your Google Play account is linked to a credit card you should report these as a fraudulent transactions.

If you paid with a credit card, file a dispute with your credit card company and let them deal with GREE.

SOunds like a transaction problem that could have lots of different causes. You're being unreasonable to suggest it's theft. You will receive the credits for incomplete purchases if you simply dispute the charges and provide your documentation that you didn't receive the purchased items.
Try to get a grip.

I've gone ahead and done it already.

I made two purchases today, one actually went through and the other was "Cancelled" and I didn't receive anything for that purchase, not to mention I usually submit a ticket and they usually respond within a couple of days, except one a few of the purchases it's been almost two weeks, and I have been sending tickets over and over and continually they get ignored. In the two instances where they DID respond and correct the issue they did it within 24 hours so over a week is already a ridiculous amount and clearly are not going to respond or correct the issues.
I had the same thing happen... It took 2 weeks to get a response from them after the initial " your request has been received and we are sending it to our specialists blahblahblah..." I filed a refund before they replied telling me they saw no descripencies in my transactions and my gems spent....so if they have all this information how can they not add it up and just make it right?...but anyways it was resolved through Google play I emailed them and they took care of it in about a week

Why are you giving them money? If anyone rips me off, I'm not going to keep giving them money in hopes that it eventually gets fixed... I REALLY hope these were low priced purchases....

This has happened to several of my guildmates and as far as I'm concerned, zero has a right to be pissed. Gree has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen, and unless they are actively working to resolve the situation, it is theft. Google play shouldn't have to step in a fix it, they should want customers to trust their service.
