No Icon for MW on Phone

I just updated to latest IOS
and now I have No Icon for MW on Phone
I have to keep opening it from the app store
Any ideas ?

•Restart your device
•Backup device (with iTunes), clear device, reload backup
•Go to settings > Usage > (locate modern war) > delete, then reinstall

All of these methods will not delete your account
