Minimum 20k points required in the previous wars, after a war or two you'll be strong enough to start making 30k. That's the general trend I saw with many of the new recruits.
We finished all 6 boss events with ease and got to Elite 14 on the recent SLTQ because of a strong strategy and a bunch of committed players who know the definition of teamwork.
