Well I moaned enough about support so bout time I said thanks.

You may have all seen my topics before about my missing units for the war for India well after many many emails they sorted it last night and gave me my missing units and sorted my acc transfer the same night so thanks very much gree you have restored my faith in your support :)

GREE support in general are good considering the amount of tickets they handle. However, I do have a problem with GREE Management and the Design Team. They really are removed from the realities within the game and are solely revenue focused and give little thought to player experience. They are like little lost sheep!
