A lot of unhappy people in regards to the rewards. There are plenty of whales outside of the big guilds.

Are you going to spend any money for this War?

I would think that the other threads out there sufficiently show our unhappiness. A poll like this isn't going to be of much help to be honest.

I don't think the current prizes are worth it.

And it is a 4 day war.

That's insane a four day war. I don't have enough time for a three day war... Wow they really listen to our input. A 4 hour war is perfect for me... Otherwise life happens.

4 hours is bad because of different timezones. 24 or 48 hours is OK.

I like the little wars... Since they are only fusion boosts they can give 3 wars - 4 wars at different time zones and make everyone happy. It would also yield more income than a 24 hour war.

But Gree listens just as well as Everquest does and it will go down the same way but much faster.

3-4 wars in different timezones would mean triple or quadruple the prizes, especially for guilds who decide to stay in top 10 for all 3 or 4 wars.

That's not very different from just having one mini war and increasing the prizes three or four fold.

So what? As long as they make more money... That's what it's all about. A boost is useless unless you have good armor to boost. If someone wants to stay up all night more power to them. But the complaint is to fix the time zone issues and bring in more revenue to Gree. It does both and fusion boosts doesn't unbalance the game.

Recap:

1. They make more money
2. Give prizes that does not affect game balance.
3. More people are happy and can fully participate.

Sounds like a win - win.

1)Not neccessarily. Shorter guild wars would mean that the competition for each prize would be much less, making the amount of gems spent in each war much smaller. Especially if most guilds decide to do well do 1 and just score normally for others and get a pretty nice amount of fusion boosts. Also, with that many fusion boosts armors being given out, players would be less inclined to buy chests when bonus fusion boost armors are given as extra rewards for buying 10.
2) having that many fusion boost armors does affect gameplay. People don't have to work as hard to level armors anymore.
3) Everyone can participate in a 24 hour war almost equally depending on how long they sleep.

I have to say - I voted "No" BUT if the prizes for 11-25 and on were better, then it would probably be a "yes"

Yeah how can a ton of boost armor not change ones game give me a dozen and my armors will kill.

Just enough to get top 10.

I appreciate your input. You have some valid points but you can always reduce the amount of fusion boosts given and increase the fusion stones.. You still have to craft and spend 25k per per stone.

However, neither one of us will never know since we can't see what type of revenue - they are bringing in for each new promotion.

My theory is to throw as much as I can at the wall and hope an ideal will resonate with the powers that be... But to have that ideal benefit the player base and Gree.
