No sense in having multiple threads for so many different problems... (so let's make another...)
This is strictly for Android and I'm not saying I agree with these complaints... just placing them in one location. So here we go:

1. 4 Current LTQs + 1 FLTQ (Too Many)
2. Operation Thunderstrike: Unable to load past 18/20
3. It's Alive! - Mad Scientist's Lab doesn't show
4. Supplier Shutdown - Unable to load maps / Force Close
5. Faction: Supplier Shutdown - Unable to load maps / Force Close
6. Raids - Rival displays "Can't Fight | Player is too beat up already!"
7. Attacking Rivals - Result of Attack is cut short and game Force Closes - Reopens with $30k missing.
8. Maps - Cluttered Maps lead to unintentional missions being completed (wasting health)
- On a personal note, I simply can't click on the right target on a small screen because of the compact nature.
9. Supplier Shutdown and Faction LTQ render exclusively destructible units
10. As fixes roll out, unable to connect to server.

I think that covers all the issues...*not including xp gained, stat inflation, valor uselessness, etc.*

*Edit - Account loss, Transfer issues, customer service, bonus stacking, missing units, meaningless cash units...etc.

Did I miss anything?

P.S. I still play the game, so they must be doing something right...

You missed that we're winning low casualty units. iOS gets indestructible.

I noticed the units were destructible with a low causality rate, but is it confirmed that iOS are getting indestructible?!

No relevance. The programming/server is the problem. If they can't handle deploying data without testing for glitches, they should keep it strictly iOS (since that's where the bias is to begin with)

Still irrelevant. It doesn't matter who copied who, both droid and IOS are in game together. If a large majority of droid users can't play due to the ongoing issues, who are you going to play with, yourself? You sound like a guy that does just that.

I confirmed as well it's indestructible on iOS.

Yes iOS is getting indestructible units. With android accounts not being able to load the fLTQ it makes it even harder to finish this LTQ and extra crazy xp gains for iOS users. So both sides is getting screwed here

If I had as many problems as what android players say they have, you know what I would do? I would delete the game and not play it anymore. I played another game at one time and it stopped working so I deleted it.

You should have been around when MW wasn't even on Android, then it finally came and didn't have any events AT ALL while IOS did. Those were bad times!

the low casualty thing is a glitch, they're indestructible for both platforms, for some reason its mislabeled for people on android.. I have an android acct and an iphone acct and they're allies so I used iphone acct to look at androids inventory and they show up indestructible, then used android phone to look at iphone inventory and it shows casualty rate as Low for the iOS units so its just a programming error or something..

The way they resolve issues is by ignoring tickets left and right! I wonder if they have someone
in charged of making sure people are happy and their problems get attended in timely manner?!

But then again "they must be doing something right that WE are still here playing and paying for it"

We're working on the crashes. The units are indestructible on both platforms, but they are not marked as such on Android for reasons we're still unclear on, but that is a display bug.

Thank you for the responses, CJ. To those who have been critical of GREE, please recognize that CJ, and a few others, are doing their best with these issues. I also notice and appreciate that some of the threads criticizing players and resorting to name-calling have been locked, while the threads with constructive criticism remain open, even if the threads are critical of GREE. If it's an open dialogue that everyone wants, please use this as an opportunity to get back to the constructive posts, and posts helping each other out, so that everyone can have a good time. I think that is the main purpose of this forum. :-)

So are we 100% sure we droid users will not lose these units during raids i carry out as ive complety stopped attackin and raidin rivels till this is sorted

Well, the server is treating them as indestructible, so you won't lose them in raids.

When CJ says they will not be lost in "raids" ...why does it make me think they will be lost in attacks? Ho hum. With the excellent communication displayed on this forum I think we might see another thread from QueenPin saying something along the lines of..."There was nothing to indicate in the game to indicate that they would be used in the future."

That is the problem....there is too little (that's being generous, more often none at all) communication on any topic.

Quick updates.

The indestructible/destructible: So there's a part of the data that tells the client whether or not a unit is supposed to say "indestructible" or whether it is supposed to give a casualty rate. This doesn't actually make the unit indestructible or destructible, it just tells the client which one to display. If that space is accidentally left blank, the client will decide what text to put there. iOS defaults to "indestructible". Android defaults to "has a casualty rate". Again, this is just what is displayed. So that space got left blank on the data sheet, which caused the discrepancy. We'll have this fixed either in the next build or the next data push, but yes, the units are indestructible.

The issue where people are crashing on the LTQ: This is caused by the game failing to load the visual data properly. We're working on a hot fix now, and we're going to slowly release that into the wild tonight and tomorrow after QA does a run-through (the slow release is in case it causes any other effects; live hotfixes are potentially treacherous like that).

EDIT: The above is the primary cause of the crashes. There may well be secondary memory-related issues that are also causing some slowdown/crashes, but that is a more-involved fix and we need to get rid of the big one first.

Cannot see, move, harvest or upgrade Mad Scientist Labs. It was a Manuevering in Mexico late day 2 upgrade that kicked this off. Since then both labs have been raided and the only way I know they exist is to move another building. GREE confirms they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve. Trouble ticket aging since September 25...

Do you have a cement factory? If you do , check and see if it was raided and damaged.Repair it and try the building upgrade again. Hope this helps.
