How can i get my password?

Hi There,

Today i reformatted my computer, a new install. But now i want to go back to my old account on my fresh computer with funzio ID: 40690****
They ask for a password, but i dont know that password. I never had it.
Who knows how i can get my password please?

Let me know what i must do to play again with my old level 55 / 56 account.

I would say, send a ticket to gree with all the details you can remember about your account, like stats, name, level, last log-in time and IPH. It will take them a few days and I don't really know how it all works on the computer 'cause I've only ever dealt with iOS and Android but I'm assuming it's the same. You could also send the MAC Address of the computer you logged on from?

first, good luck. second, when it all gets sorted out, go to ProgramData\BlueStacks and backup the entire folder named "Android". make sure that BlueStacks is shut down completely first and then verify that the backup folder is the same size as the original and contains all the same files. The next time something bad happens, you'll have that backup. That's the best part about BS. backup your data, man!
