Level 46, 250k A/D looking for active European top 200 guild

My guild is active but not during the hours I keep so I want an active top 200 guild where it's relaxed with little pressure to donate on a low iph. Will be regularly on for all events, groupme user.

We used to be top 50 but have a lot of spaces so were 160 last weekend but look to rebuild and push for top 100
