Poor stats? Can't win fights? Sounds like you're out of your league atm. Your syn is kind to let you hang on to their coat tails. Unless you PA DL and wall religiously at the start of all battle, you'll not able to contribute much to the team for 1-2 wars.

Don't be a leech, drop to a Top400-500 and contribute wins for your syndicate. You'll build your stats over time with consistent play in an active syndicate.

btw, without providing your stats, people will not be able to give you more specific advice.
