*New* Intel Folders?!?

Just done an update, and i see something new:

Under the faction donation tab, theres a new thing for donation intel folders "COMING SOON" it says
Any idea on what it is, what its for, and how to get it?

Sounds great..teamwork, timing & strategy is the best stuff!!
