Successful kill not being counted

We just completed the kill of a lvl 60 boss. The kill was not counted, and we are stuck at 0/5 at level 36. It shows in the history as a kill, but the counter in the quest is not updated.

Is anyone else having a similar issue, or is this a one-of situation?

We have raised a ticket, but I am afraid that it will not be resolved in time for it to matter.

We jad similar problem but it counted it after killing some lore bosses.

Worked for us too. The second kill caught us up.

Sirius should't lock it but do his job and investigate why it happens for guilds... It's an issue, plain and simple. :)

We had this problem last raid boss. Unfortunatelly for us it was the last boss in a streak. We just had to do it one more time. Very painfull as we needed gems to get it down.

happened to us on a L100 and a L95 on heroic last event. Save yourself 5 minutes and don't even bother sending a ticket in.

we have seen it twice, both times it was counted after next win anyway & luckily not the last one needed either time
