According to the Official Crime City Syndicate Battle Guide (http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthread.php?56000-Official-Crime-City-Syndicate-Battle-Guide):
Defensive Wall Or Wall: Protects the opposing Syndicates head quarters and members from giving up double the points to opposing attackers. You can attack their members once the defensive leader is down... but if you wanted double the points you have to break down the wall first!
I interpreted this to include bringing down the DL; however, in a short discussion with some folks, their considered opinion was this does not apply to defeating the DL, or at least not at the higher levels. I was wondering whether the assertion from the Battle Guide should be qualified.
