Robbed of the rewards by Gree for Operation Poseidon

I have to resort to posting about this on the forum because Gree have once again proved that logging tickets with them is pointless and they will continue to provide the poorest customer service possible.

I have 2 accounts and both were part of the same faction for the duration of the Operation Poseidon the faction LTQ. I live in the GMT +2 time zone and by the time I woke up the morning after the war the FLTQ was completed and my main account was credited with all the rewards but my LLP had none. The reason for this seemed to be that after the ltq was completed (in record time due to Gree's screw up) my faction leader sent me a message saying they were going to boot my LLP from the faction to make space for some new recruits and my LLP was booted before I had a chance to log into it. So because of the fact that I was not part of my faction when I logged in later I received none of the rewards for the LTQ. I then quickly joined another faction, with my LLP, who hadn't yet finished prestige mode so I can at least get the final few units and I logged a ticket with Gree on the 24th of September. It has now been 11 days of hopelessly trying to get Gree to award me the units I am owed. They checked my account and saw the F-22 Raptor 2 (which I got from the faction I joined afterwards) and they wanted to close the ticket saying I had been credited all the units so I had to explain everything all over again because he obviously didn't check to see if I had any of the rewards from normal mode (F-22 Raptor 1). Then on the 29th of September, 6 days ago, I last received any communication from Gree regarding my ticket and the update I got was...

That was 6 days ago and I have heard nothing further from Gree. I am really so irritated and fed up with the pathetic support we get from Gree. I hope this post does something to better my chances of getting this issue resolved but I highly doubt it. Anyone else also miss out on the rewards due to Gree's incompetent developers?

It is very easy to have that point of view when you may have completed the missions and received the units. What if your faction were stuck on a certain level of the prestige mode and could not kill the target regardless of how many times you hit it because the kill counter did not advance? This is precisely what happened to my faction. Stuck on level 22/43 prestige unable to clear the target. The counter stuck on 14...would go to 15 and then change back to 14. It didn't matter how many times we hit the target. We at one point had everyone there take the target out and nothing. We were in a great position to complete prestige mode to get the trench destroyer elite. Some players in our faction used gold to complete the individual side of the event to get the unit that added +4 energy regen once we completed prestige mode on the faction end. Those guys are truly SOL.

So you know what, it probably is true and GREE just isn't awarding him the units. They aren't awarding us the units and we have screenshots validating the error that occurred. Gree's canned response to us has been that they have passed the information on to their programmers/developers. I can't even get gree support to answer a simple question.

Troll all you want but if something along similar lines happened to you, you'd be in here posting all the same.

So you don't believe that a player is entitled to every unit of a faction LTQ even though that FLTQ was completed while you were part of the faction? I guess you must enjoy getting screwed by Gree without lube.

You really think that gree cares if you stop playing? Do you think they care if you stop buying gold? For every 1 player that quits playing/buying gold 3 more will join and buy gold. That's the reality of gaming. You can complain until your blue in the face it won't matter. The sooner you all realize the way of the world the better off you will be.

I am not going to get the sub unit for killing the boss 100 times. Gree give me the unit. I didn't spend any gold but you owe it to me anyway. Also make the boss easier just for me.
