I have to resort to posting about this on the forum because Gree have once again proved that logging tickets with them is pointless and they will continue to provide the poorest customer service possible.
I have 2 accounts and both were part of the same faction for the duration of the Operation Poseidon the faction LTQ. I live in the GMT +2 time zone and by the time I woke up the morning after the war the FLTQ was completed and my main account was credited with all the rewards but my LLP had none. The reason for this seemed to be that after the ltq was completed (in record time due to Gree's screw up) my faction leader sent me a message saying they were going to boot my LLP from the faction to make space for some new recruits and my LLP was booted before I had a chance to log into it. So because of the fact that I was not part of my faction when I logged in later I received none of the rewards for the LTQ. I then quickly joined another faction, with my LLP, who hadn't yet finished prestige mode so I can at least get the final few units and I logged a ticket with Gree on the 24th of September. It has now been 11 days of hopelessly trying to get Gree to award me the units I am owed. They checked my account and saw the F-22 Raptor 2 (which I got from the faction I joined afterwards) and they wanted to close the ticket saying I had been credited all the units so I had to explain everything all over again because he obviously didn't check to see if I had any of the rewards from normal mode (F-22 Raptor 1). Then on the 29th of September, 6 days ago, I last received any communication from Gree regarding my ticket and the update I got was...

That was 6 days ago and I have heard nothing further from Gree. I am really so irritated and fed up with the pathetic support we get from Gree. I hope this post does something to better my chances of getting this issue resolved but I highly doubt it. Anyone else also miss out on the rewards due to Gree's incompetent developers?
