Can log in only 3 minutes at a time!!

I am posting for a friend. he can't log into mw more than 3 minutes before getting booted out. he sent a ticket and the boring and standard GREEd reply was uninstall and reinstall. he tried it and it didnt work. he is getting tired of it. mods if this is a glitch please fix it.
