Can log in only 3 minutes at a time!!

I am posting for a friend. he can't log into cc more than 3 minutes before getting booted out. he sent a ticket and the boring and standard GREEd reply was uninstall and reinstall. he tried it and it didnt work. he is getting tired of it. mods if this is a glitch please fix it.

To be more helpful, give as much info as you can.
like when it happens. are you on android, etc.

I'm sure it's android, on a couple year-old device, and it's trying to update the dataset. Mine's been trying to get the new one since it came out, and still unsuccessful. Reinstalling doesn't help, and neither does deleting the data (anymore).. Just have to keep trying to get the dataset to go through, and once it does, he'll be fine.
