Phone crashed & was reset by Samsung support: how to restore the game?

Last month my GS2 crashed and I had to send it to Samsung support so they could fix it (2-year warranty).
Unfortunately I have no "backup" of any apps, especially the games, like here Modern War.

But I had set up a Funzio ID before (="maxxyme").
In contrary to the Crime City game, I haven't started the game yet (start-up wizard...) because I'm now wanting to know exactly what to do in order to restore my previous game progression.

I had the same issue a couple days ago when I factory reset my device.


Start up a fresh game and advance to the point where you will receive a new alliance ID.
Submit a ticket from the game's "Contact Support" under the "HELP" tab
Include in the ticket: Previous 9-digit alliance ID; Name (case-sensitive) and level; New alliance 9-digit ID


By submitting the ticket from your device it will automatically include device information.

I hope this helps. The customer service had my account restored within a day.
