Bluestacks client not connecting to server?

I use bluestacks at work to build my LLP. This morning I was logged in and working fine. I lead our small farm faction from the bluestacks account. As of about 12:00 Eastern, I am getting a server error and cannot connect. Is this a server problem? I have reinstalled both client and MW app and nothing changes. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

My first issue is that I want to keep beating the boss today... but the bigger issue is that my account is the leader of the faction and if I cannot login then the faction will die.

You can ask support to transfer leadership to another player as an option

We are running bluestacks as well, but have no issues. It is working fine for us. But if you are never able to recover that game for some reason, you and a few other faction members can send tickets and Gree will transfer leadership to another player.

Thanks for the replies. After an hour of not connecting, it just did. I am back in there. Its good to know that support can transfer leadership if it every causes a permanent problem. Thanks speed and SGT

I moved from Bluestacks to Genymotion. More options with better support.

Bluestacks and Genymotion are android based emulations.
