View Full Version : Friends' MAXIMUM(S)

To preface:
Imagine my friends' max attack (defense doesn't really matter for this discussion) is 2417 (Forgestone+) when I HIRED THEM for Epic Boss. My attack was ORIGINALLY 2417. That made sense. We had the same guild bonuses and the same rank (commander) in our guild. HOWEVER, my Guild Master, Sentinel, etc. ALSO had 2417 attack. Keep in mind, ALL other things are equal before you consider their rank(s).
That's fine, it would make sense that their attack can only be as much as yours and no more.. or that would be kind of OverPowered.

Okay, here's what I don't get.
I moved over to a guild to help them level and I got a High Commander spot. That bonus along with their guild element bonuses made my attack go up to 2494. I assumed that this would mean the people in the original guild would have gone up (I mean, only the Guild Master and others) because my maximum went up, except it DIDN'T. They all stayed at 2417.

Can someone explain this to me? Maybe there's a simple explanation that totally went over my head and I missed it.

Thanks in advance!!

Rank bonuses aren't considered when using a friend. Only guild element bonuses are.

Hm. That makes sense. Thanks!

Another thing. What is happening, exactly, when my low-level alternate account is doing x amount of damage and my friends' attack is SO MUCH lower than it should be. They are also taking so much more damage than they should.

What percentage of my attack/defense dictates how much they have? Rather, what is taken into consideration when these things happen?

I also noticed this when I fought you on my Friends list Lady and thought it was really weird. We both Have Forge+ maxed, however mine did somewhere around 300ish damage to yours where as yours did 400 to mine? Which is very odd since our Main Guild has more element bonuses than our secondary one.

When you fight in the Arena/Friends List/GW, rank bonuses are taken into account. Its only using friends for an Epic Boss that they're not accounted for.

Your main knight's stats dictates the cap of your friends' stats, unless they changed it (this is for low level accounts adding players with higher stats).

Adventure and Epic Boss.

Hmm.. That makes sense a lot of sense. I guess that means it doesn't really matter what level the armors on your main knights are, huh?

For lower level characters, it does. Levels matter too, but after a certain point, your friend's true stats can be used no matter what the stats on the armor is or level you are. I just don't know when that point is.

Ah, right. Forgot about Adventuring since I haven't used a friend there in months :p.

And I'm guessing friend stats cap once you hit 100. Not sure either though.

Would it make the most sense that the number is lvl 100 since that's when stats are maxed out or do you mean at a much lower level?

And stats is combined attack/defense from player level and the armor on the main knight.
Nemesis seems to be the only exception with apparently no cap applied to it.

I think it's at a much lower level. I'm not sure, I wouldn't be able to check :(

Find someone under level 100 and have them wear a basic armor on their main knight while trying to hire a friend to see if their friend's stat changes.
