I have been sending tickets to get my game transfered the will come back and say back up old device to iTunes or cloud I've done that doesn't work or give new character id and old name and id done that too then say we are escalating ur ticket to MW player experience specialist who will bet back to you ASAP then close the ticket I keep explaining with each ticket I have to return the old phone back or I will be charged for it I don't understand what's the problem of why I haven't got my game transfered u have done this in my account on my ipad with no problem
They keep closing my tickets saying problem resolved here is the latest ticket numbers 975004

Below is a copy of my ticket (#974324) sent into technical support:

I'm contacting you in regards to restoring my previous game. I've had to factory reset my phone and ended up wiping out my entire game. Please help!

I'm hoping it's resolved soon.. A faction member had a similar issue happen and lost his game for over two months.. I ended up buying two vaults of gold just last week.. and now this happens. I know you're very busy but the sooner I hear back from you about this matter the sooner I can ease my mind that my account isn't lost! Looking forward to hearing from you.

To add, I just went through my Google Play wallet for September and it totals: $557.78 and just as the month ends, nearing the gold bonus… this happens! Please HELP!
