Dear Moderators,

Am not sure if this is done SYSTEMATICALLY, I am of the view that you should run a program where representatives from your engineering and customer service departments are made to review the forum posts on a systematic basis. I have seen at least engineer responding but not sure about customer service representatives.

As you could see the forum is being cluttered with loads of feedback stemming from issues associated with game / server design, which might be further compounded by customer service. I know moderators are not the appropriate channel, therefore bring them in, have them answer directly to people's question. If you are concerned that their response may not be appropriate, have internal vetting and approval built in. There may not be need to address each and every case specifically, but they should be able to address cluster / grouping of issues like dissociation of accounts (and follow up), missing units, etc.

If this is already done systematically, apos for raising it.
