I can't agree with everything you have done but I know you try to make this game more challenging. None was more evident when you changed the drops to affect individual quests and the monster kills to affect the guild quest. A great way to eliminate guild swapping (even though we have all done it here).
But the set up of the last gltq whether by design or mistake was very poor. Even making the introductory into the quest a guild thing hurts everyone. Members who were working for a day couldn't even participate because the guild portion was finished. We also had people finished within an hour. I get the thought to make guilds plan better, but this is a poor way.
Just asking you go ask to go back to the drawing board Sirius.
