So I'm in the process of upgrading my Big Top to level 10... But like most people I'm only doing it for the items! So if I sell the building afterwards do I get 50% of all upgrades or just 50% of the level 10 upgrade? Also is it affected by building upgrade cost reductions? I have -51% so I was wondering if when I sold it I got 50% of the original price or the actual cost I paid...

Why would you sell it? Sure it doesn't payout a ton of money but it's making you more money to have then to not have.

keep it. its a little having a 3rd night club at level 1. paying out 2 more times a day

I get that u get the item when u first start upgrading... But if u sell the building while its upgrading I won't lose the item will I? I don't have 8 he collections other than this building and am not trying to have more collections to keep in mind as I already have 12/22/24/26 hr which are hard enough to collect from on point. Thanks in advance.

No fail, he obviously doesn't have all the expansions, that is why I said that.

It was just a general question tbh because it applies to all buildings... And youre right I don't have all expansions but it is just the question of what percentage you get back from a building if you know what I mean

People sell it to unlock cash for the next LTB, or their next big upgrade. The big top isn't a keeper anyway.

No sir, you keep the item. Unless you cheated the building and got the items by this mean theres no way they dissapear.

Thanks man appreciate it. 18 hrs left to level 8 would rather just buy my second night club. Its gone !

My thinking exactly. I can squeeze in two NIS upgrades in that amount of time. Which once the next LTB starts we may not have the opportunity to do.
