Boss/Regen time hit glitch

When I'm watching the timer for me to hit again when it gets to 0 it will not let me hit again for about 30secs to a min afterwards which is my plan anyways to let it roll over a min but still, what if all you need is one hit and you have it ready with less than a min left on that boss and you miss him because of this delay. Is there anyone else experiencing this?

But seriously, as soon as the timer hits zero I can go in and hit him. iOS here btw.

Yes AKB, that has happened to me a couple times this boss. Droid. Maybe we dont have to worry about falling on our face for hitting a couple seconds too early??
