Calling factions that finish FLTQs (both guild and WD)

I am looking for a new (preferably T75-T100, but can be negotiated) faction that can finish FLTQs, both energy and WD ones. I am expecting a faction that can finish Prestige FLTQs (no exceptions), meaning no slouchers in the faction, hence, the reason for my leave. I usually put up good numbers, but times have gotten rough and I am looking to turn it around.

A: 800k (boosted)
D: 910k (boosted)
WD: ~40-60k (a little gold can be used)
IPH: 1.1 mill
